Hello! My name is Allison, but please feel free to call me Allis. I have my MA in Professional Counseling and am a Licensed Professional Counselor. Helping others to achieve their dreams is one of my biggest joys in my life. My main experience is working with addiction, and depression. However, I'm also trained and have worked with adult clients regarding numerous situations in the past. This includes stress and anxiety, anger issues, and building self-esteem. 

My counseling style has been described as compassionate and warm. I have an eclectic approach to counseling since we're all individuals. My main areas of counseling theory involve CBT, humanistic, and solution-focused. As such, I'll work with you and will help you achieve your goals by working with you as a team.
